Sports, Fitness & Recreation

These programs focus on the development of fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.
 
 
13 & Under Basketball

 
 
 
 
Players work together with children in their age group to promote teamwork and regular physical activity. Club teams participate in a tournament at the end of the year for some friendly competition.
 
18 and Under Basketball
 
 
 
Older players are able to fine tune their skills while still developing teamwork and regular physical activity. Club teams participate in a tournament at the end of the year.
Taekwondo
 
 
 
 
Club kids practice their discipline, dedication and emotion control through the taekwondo program, where they are taught the basic skills of taekwondo.
